How do I release pressure from my sprayer?
|
- If your sprayer is equipped with a pressure relief valve, do the following:
- Pull relief valve cap up with fingers to release air.
- Making sure pump handle is locked in position, slowly and carefully
unscrew the pump top by turning counter-clockwise, while pointing
the top of the sprayer away from you.
- If your sprayer is not equipped with a pressure relief valve, do the
following:
- Turn tank upside down. Direct the nozzle away from you and squeeze
open the shut-off lever. This will allow the spray solution in the
discharge assembly and the remaining pressure in the tank to be
completely exhausted.
- Turn sprayer upright. Making sure handle is in locked position,
slowly and carefully unscrew the pump top by turning counterclockwise,
while pointing the top of the sprayer away from you.
